Octavio Robert Maginnis or “Tavi” Castro is a Dutch-Canadian bodybuilder residing in the Netherlands. Born originally in Guadalajara, Mexico, Tavi developed an interest in bodybuilding in the early 2000s. Before going for bodybuilding, Tavi played soccer for​ the majority of his teenage life. He moved to​ England to be a part of the soccer team after getting spotted by the coaches. He played all across Europe until he developed a keen interest in bodybuilding.

Because of his dedication and perseverance, Tavi stood at first place in the Musclemania Britain Junior bodybuilding Championship, Musclemania Junior Champion Europe and Musclemania World Model Overall Championship USA in 2012. He also stood in second place in Musclemania

Fitness Modeling category. Recently in 2020, he has also qualified for Warsaw Poland Men’s Classic physique Champion.

Besides claiming several awards & recognition, Tavi Castro is also an entrepreneur, a DJ, and an Aerospace engineer. All this at just 31! Woohoo. Besides vigorous exercise, Tavi prefers running on treadmills or cycling for cardiovascular training. He also focuses on HIIT workouts as a replacement for his cardiovascular training.
