You may find it hard to believe, but it’s a fact that Lisa doesn’t stick to a certain diet plan. She tends to eat healthy food items most of the time but doesn’t find the necessity to count her calories.
She claims that she doesn’t worry a lot about her daily caloric intake. This is because her days are full of various physical activities (especially dancing) which burn off all the extra calories that she consumes.
One of the most important things in Lisa’s diet plan is the ‘detox juice’. As its name suggests, it’s a juice that Lisa consumes to detoxify her body. It also fetches her body plenty of essential vitamins and minerals.
- Lisa’s detox juice is made by blending spinach, banana, apple, and water.
One may find the taste of this juice unpleasant but it surely is quite nutritious.
Lisa’s meal plan for the day consists of 3-4 meals. In most of her meals, she likes to include plenty of veggies.
