Victor Richards’ Supplements

Victor trained under the influence of old-school bodybuilders for whom intense workouts and healthier diet plans were the crux of building a world-class physique.

He is a staunch proponent of relying on whole food items to build one’s physique. Even though he considers most of the products in today’s supplement industry trash, he includes a few of them in his nutrition plan.

Victor Richards’ supplements stack includes the following:-

Whey Protein

Victor Richards’ everyday routine involves performing strenuous workouts. To ensure that his muscles recover well from them, he consumes 1-2 whey protein shakes a day.

Whey protein is a fast-digesting protein that fetches muscles with an instant supply of essential amino acids. This further translates into better muscle recovery along with contributing towards strength and size gains.

Glutamine

Training has always been an essential part of Victor’s lifestyle. To maintain his monstrous muscle mass, he trains pretty intensely. Intense training sessions subject the muscles to damage and to reduce this phenomenon, glutamine supplementation becomes imperative.

Apart from that, glutamine also contributes to improving protein synthesis and overall muscle recovery.

Multivitamins

No matter how perfect one’s diet plan is, there are certain nutrients that become quite challenging to be derived from consuming only whole food items. In such cases, a multivitamin supplement serves one in the best interests.

A multivitamin supplement has nutrients like vitamin A, B12, C, D, E, phosphorus, magnesium, and many others. All these nutrients collectively work towards maintaining bone and muscle strength. A multivitamin supplement also helps in keeping the health of one’s skin, hair, and nails in check.
