Katrina Kaif’s diet plan has plenty of whole food items that are rich in essential nutrients like complex carbs, lean proteins, fiber, and healthy fats. She starts her day by drinking 4 glasses of water which cleanses her body.

She also drinks plenty of water throughout the day to keep her body well-hydrated.

Katrina consumes around 4 major meals in a day. So let’s get to know what food items are included in Katrina Kaif’s daily meal plan:-

Meal 1- Breakfast

  • Egg whites
  • Cereals or oatmeal
  • Pomegranate juice
