  • On certain exercises of his workout routine, David Laid performs a burnout set. He chooses a moderate weight for those exercises and performs as many reps as possible on them for one set. He likes to incorporate this technique usually in the last few exercises of his exercise routine.
  • AMRAP technique provides his targeted muscles with the stimulation that is needed for growth. It also gives his targeted muscles a skin-bursting pump at the end of his workout session.
