If you don’t want to make any phone calls, you also have the option to cancel your OrangeTheory class using the fitness chain’s exclusive mobile application. You can also visit the official OrangeTheory website to do this.

Here’s what you need to do:-

1. Go to the official OTF website or open their mobile application (GooglePlay / App Store).
2. Sign in using your membership credentials.
3. Navigate to the section that displays your scheduled classes.
4. Choose the class that you want to cancel.

What is the Class Cancellation Policy at OrangeTheory?
