Only one name can come to mind, and it has to be Kylie Jenner, who has just turned 24. Born to a decathlon Champion Caitlyn Jenner, Kylie was the last born child in the family. She has one elder sister and eight half-siblings, and all joined together to become the Kardashian family.

Kylie’s First step to stardom also arrived with her role in the TV reality show ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians.

Kylie had yet another pleasant shock coming to her fans which was already swelling in the Social media platforms. Her body had undergone a tremendous transformation during her pregnancy and post-delivery of her daughter Stormi.

Kylie was not a novice to keeping fit and slim as she had been a model before. The challenge which lay in front of her was different now. Kylie expected these changes, but she also resolved to change them.

 She did not want her health spoilt and wanted to tone her body back to shape. Celebrities generally go for a quick-fix medical method like  Liposuction or a rigorous crash diet. She consulted her sisters, and the Kylie Jenner diet along with the weight loss program, was born.

As seen above, her meal plan is primarily based on organic foods. As she cooks it herself, she knew how to strike the perfect balance, leading to weight loss without compromising health.

The pre-breakfast, Celery juice, was for nutrition and an add-on to an otherwise mundane breakfast.

Her indulgence in Coffee which was made of a collagen creamer using Coconut milk, was for a specific purpose. She considered the mix to be a healthy one that would do well for her hair, skin, nails, and joints.

What Foods Kylie Jenner Avoids

Kylie cooked her meals and avoided people who indulged in junk food. It was imperative to her to avoid eating certain foods or her craving for them.
